Co Roscommon Cross Country 2024

On Wednesday, Sept 25th, we got on the bus and headed for St Brigids’ GAA grounds for the annual cross country competition. In total we had 21 children running; 3 in the 3rd/4th class Girls’ section; and 6 in each of the 3rd/4th class Boys’, 5th/6th class Girls’ and 5th/6th class Boy’ sections. We had the honour of taking part! But we also all finished the race, and we had a lovely day out from school, topped off by ice cream on the way home. Aaahh, the good old days!
