Active School Week- Friday GAA Day
Yesterday we wrapped up a fantastic week by moving the whole school to Rockfield for the day for a GAA extravaganza! A massive thanks to Oran GAA club, Games Promotion Officers Ollie Lennon and Proinsias Killion, and of course, our hugely successful past pupils from Roscommon CBS, who joined us in the afternoon. We spent the day working on our fundamental movement skills, played a fantastic all-inclusive Fun and Run game, played matches, and even had a go at laps around the pitch’s beautiful new walking track!
