Sports Day, June 22nd 2023

After the excitement of Grandparents’ Day on the Wednesday, we had Sports Day on the Thursday, with short races, long races, novelty races, obstacle courses, volleyball, badminton, and, of course, the crunch match between the 6th class and the teachers. Reputations were on the line, especially as the teachers remain undefeated….ever!
We all had great fun, and, as you’re all wondering, the teachers won…but only with the help of some 5th class players. Mr Connolly nearly cried with joy!
