Timothy’s Londis 7 a side soccer competition.
We played in this competition won on Thursday May 5th. Each of our teams, boys and girls, had 4 games. The girls played Ballyleague, Frenchpark, Tarmon and Corrigeenroe. The girls won 3 of their games, as did the boys. Both teams thought they had been knocked out, until Martin Conboy, the organiser, informed us that 2 teams were going through from each group, so we would be progressing. There was great joy and delight at this news. Afterwards, of course, we had chips and nuggets. We love Donamon!! Unfortunately, the day was spoiled by 2 strange men who insisted on having their photo taken and put on our web site!! Does anyone recognise them??
