Schools Cross Country Oct 2nd 2014

On Thursday October 2nd, the boys and girls from 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes put on their running shoes for the schools cross country competition. With fine weather to run in, a great day was had by all. This was compounded when Mícheál Hussey came home in 4th place in the 3rd/4th class boys race, ensuring a medal made its way back to Oran. Dylan Conlon also qualified for the Connaught final, coming home in 16th place, as did Shane Walsh in the 5th/6th class boys race. Well done to all who took part.
